Depending on your goal, you'll work with either Alice or Vessi, each offering a unique approach to balance and well-being.
Alice focuses on optimizing your circadian rhythm by aligning your daily routines with your body’s natural cycles. She helps you make adjustments in key areas like light exposure, nutrition, movement, sleep, and social habits to enhance overall energy and well-being.
Vessi takes a mental health-centered approach, identifying cognitive and behavioral patterns that may be holding you back. She works with you to build awareness and develop healthier habits that align with both your goals and your body's natural balance.
Each session, typically around 45 minutes, is a dynamic and collaborative process. Alice may guide you through practical adjustments to your daily routine, using techniques like habit tracking and structured planning to support your circadian rhythm. With Vessi, sessions may involve reflective discussions and cognitive exercises to identify patterns and develop healthier mental and behavioral strategies. Regardless of the approach, your coach will provide feedback, refine strategies based on your progress, and ensure you leave each session with clear, actionable steps to implement before the next meeting.
As your coaching journey comes to an end, you will work together to create a personalized maintenance plan to help you sustain your progress long-term. This plan will outline key strategies, habits, and adjustments tailored to your needs, ensuring you have a clear path forward. Additionally, a follow-up session will be scheduled after the coaching program to check in on your progress, address any challenges, and provide further guidance if needed.
